Do I need to be registered to use this site?

You don't need to be registered if you want to find an Expert. 

You only need to be registered if you are a Tourism Expert and want to submit a listing for inclusion in the directory.

How do you choose the Tourism Experts who are on the site?

The Tourism Experts on this site come highly recommended. To be included on the site they need to be recommended by another Tourism Expert. Since each Tourism Expert prides themselves on their reputation, they are unlikely to recommend anyone whom they don't trust themselves.
