If you are a Tourism Expert and would like to be included in the site, please follow the instructions below. The site is based on recommendations so you will need:

a) to be recommended by some one who is already on the site

b) to be ready to recommend two more “tourism experts” you know or have worked with. These could be tourism consultants (but not from the same company as you), PR or research companies etc. You need to be confident that they'd like to be invited to be on the site and are willing to pay the listing fee. Please note that the main targets for this site are tourism officers and tourism businesses such as accommodation providers, visitor attractions etc so your recommended companies need to be able to work with them. If in doubt please email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Step one – register on the site

Click on the 'register' link under “Experts Only” on the left hand menu. Choose a username (any memorable name for yourself) and password. Make a note of these somewhere else as well. You’ll then see a “Registration Complete” page and you are now ready to login.

Step two - login

Use the username and password you created to login to the site. The first time you login you will be taken directly to the 'Add Listing' page. You can only create a listing if you are logged in.

Step three - create your listing

Simply follow the questions on the “Create your Listing” page. To gain maximum benefit from your listing, please make it sound as lively and “human” as possible – it might be worth preparing ahead of time before you type it into the listing. Remember that some potential clients will use the “Search” box and will type in the expertise they’re looking for such as “marketing planning” or “brochure design”. Try to think about the search terms some one would use to find you and make sure you’ve included them in your listing. Once you’ve finished creating your listing, click “Submit”.

We will review your submitted listing and once approved, make it a live listing. We will let you know as soon as this happens. As part of your listing you will need to recommend two further Tourism Experts, whom we will contact separately. The site relies on such recommendations so we ask you to make sure your recommended Experts are willing to be included on the site. If your recommended Experts don't want to take part, we'll ask you to recommend others.

Step four – pay for your listing

When we approve your listing, we will contact you to arrange payment for your listing by credit card. We only accept payment by credit card or Paypal. 

Optional step five - modify your listing

You can do this at any time. If you want to make changes to your listing all you need to do is Login, find your Listing and then click on the blue “Edit” button. This will allow you to make and save any changes.
